4. Payment Terms

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • 30% deposit upon order confirmation
  • 70% balance before shipment

4.3 Late Payments

5. Manufacturing and Delivery

5.1 Lead Times

  • Standard products: 15-25 days
  • Customized products: 20-30 days
  • Lead times begin after deposit receipt and final approval

5.2 Delivery

  • FOB (Free on Board) our factory is standard
  • Other Incoterms available upon request
  • Risk of loss transfers according to agreed Incoterms

5.3 Delays

  • We will notify you promptly of any delays
  • Force majeure events may extend delivery times
  • We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control

6. Quality and Inspection

6.1 Quality Standards

  • Products manufactured according to agreed specifications

  • Standard products: 30-day return window
  • Custom products: non-returnable except for defects
